Sea Launch has been identified as the intended launch services provider for the launch of a satellite from the ocean-based Odyssey launch platform in 2015.

The FROB successfully completed its review of the investigation into the cause of the January 31, 2013 failed launch attempt of the IS-27 spacecraft.  The FROB concluded that the failure was isolated to the Zenit 3SL 1st stage hydraulic power supply unit with no other contributors identified.
