| Peter Stier leads sales and marketing for Sea Launch Company, LLC. He and his team of seasoned professionals are responsible for supporting the commercial launch needs of the international space community with the proven and reliable Sea Launch system and its land-based derivative, Land Launch. Emphasizing responsive, flexible and innovative customer-focused solutions in a highly competitive market, the team works closely with spacecraft manufacturers, end users and the insurance community to ensure open relationships, based on mutual trust, as well as uncompromised customer satisfaction. Prior to his promotion to his current position in July 2006, Stier served as Director of Sales and Marketing for Asia. Since joining Sea Launch in 2001, he has been instrumental in introducing Sea Launch and its unique capabilities to the international commercial space community. Throughout his 20 years of experience in the aerospace industry, he has held increasingly responsible positions in the launch vehicle solid propulsion market and also in the field of advanced composite materials for use in the commercial and military aircraft and helicopter markets. Stier received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the California State University, Long Beach. |
