In late May, Space Systems/Loral delivers the EchoStar XI satellite to Sea Launch Home Port, where it is brought into the Payload Processing Facility for tests, fueling and then encapsulation by a payload fairing.
The satellite arrives from Palo Alto, Calif., in a large container on a special-purpose flatbed truck.
