September 27 - The traditional L-72 team photo celebrates the start of the 72-hour countdown to Liftoff. Sunglasses and Hawaiian shirts are de rigueur for this event, in the Launch Control Center. Joining the team on this mission is SPOT, the PanAmSat mascot (front row, seated). |
