The Galaxy 16 spacecraft arrives at Sea Launch Home Port from the Space Systems/Loral assembly plant in Palo Alto, California.

The flatbed truck pulls up at the Payload Processing Facility, and unloads the spacecraft. It is then unpacked, tested, fueled and encapsulated in a Payload Fairing, in preparation for mating with a Zenit-3SL rocket.
