June 25 - In the tradition of Sea Launch, the U.S. team on the Sea Launch Commander commemorates the start of the 72-hour countdown to liftoff with a group "Aloha" portrait under the international clocks of the Launch Control Center.

The start of a new tradition? Some members of the Boeing team commemorate the start of the 72-hour countdown on the deck of the Sea Launch Commander.

Before arriving at the launch site on Thursday night, some crew members enjoyed the sun and gentle breezes.
