The Thuraya-2 spacecraft arrives from the manufacturer, Boeing Satellite Systems, on April 14 at the Sea Launch Payload Processing Facility in Long Beach, Calif. Here, the spacecraft is tested, fueled and then encapsulated in a protective fairing.
