Transfer encapsulated satellite from Payload Processing Facility to Assembly and Command Ship


February 26 - Payload Unit, containing XM-2 Satellite, rolls out of Payload Processing Facility, and past a warehouse, for transfer to the Sea Launch Commander, where it is mated with the upper stage - the Block DM - of the Zenit-3SL launch vehicle.


Payload Unit is lined up for transfer to the Sea Launch Commander. The Odyssey Launch Platform, not seen in these photos, is moored near the Sea Launch Commander.
