Roman Ilichev
Chief Financial Officer
Roman Ilichev joined Sea Launch in 2013 and is responsible for managing finance and accounting functions, long-term financial planning and budgeting, relationships with financial institutions and shareholders.
Prior to joining Sea Launch, Mr. Ilichev worked as CFO at JIR Broadcast Inc., a highly successful start-up venture established by prominent US private equity firms to build a network of cable TV and internet service providers in major cities of Russia.
Earlier he worked at Gemini Consulting, a leading global strategy consultancy, where he helped several multinational companies develop successful operations in Russia through M&A, strategic partnerships and greenfield projects.
His other work experiences include an internship with Banque Indosuez in Luxembourg and work in Sales Finance at Autodesk in Switzerland.
Roman’s academic background includes Master’s degree in Economics from St.-Petersburg State Marine Technical University and an MBA from Vlerick Business School (formerly – LETI-Lovanium Int’l School of Management).
